Rupen is a business leader and entrepreneur focused on developing commercially astute managers who deliver real results. After being told he was “not commercial enough” early in his career, he turned that feedback into fuel—deeply studying profit, risk, strategy, and value creation. That journey shaped his mission to help managers build the commercial confidence and strategic thinking needed to lead at the next level. He founded The Manager Academy to support operational managers in strengthening their commercial acumen and leadership impact. Rupen is also the CEO and Co-Founder of WA Leaders, a community dedicated to scaling businesses and building stronger leadership. His belief is simple: when managers think better, businesses perform better.
